2nd Bac. Skills of a Leader

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2qu_j6GAG8&t=137s&ab_channel=PracticalPsychology In the workplace, leaders who “lead by example” and inspire others to do the same are critical to an organization’s success. Be Authentic and Open It’s easy for an “us vs. them” mentality to fill a company when managers pretend that they have all the answers. This resentment can only be reversed by having managers take off the mask and be authentic, building trust, and ultimately promoting employee acceptance. Build Their Confidence to Build Your Company Your team is an asset, and like any asset, you want to see its value grow. Ego is one of the greatest motivators. Building someone’s confidence can have a powerful and positive impact on their work as an employee. Your job as a leader and manager is to help your team members strive to be their best and reach their maximum potential. Focus on Education Knowledge is power, so continually educating your employees empowers them to make ...

2nd- Dynamic Games

Image
n the remainder of this chapter we will briefly discuss dynamic games, and in particular the difference between static and dynamic games. Dynamic games are, put simply, games with a time aspect in them. For example, if one firm acts before the other, this has quite important implications for playing the game: the second firm can play the game knowing what the first firm has done, whereas the first firm has to make its decision without the requisite knowledge about the follower. Some games simply don’t make much sense to play sequentially – paper/scissor/ stones, for example, would not be very exciting if one player knew what the other player has chosen.3 Some games, on the other hand, could be played either simultaneously or sequentially. Setting prices, for example, will be done without knowledge of rivals’ prices some of the time (making it a simultaneous game), but in other situations sequential moves might be more relevant. Representing a sequential game is usually done by dr...

1st Bac. Calculate IESS Retirement Pension

Image
Calculate IESS Retirement Pension How to calculate IESS Retirement Pension. All affiliated employees are entitled to receive their IESS retirement pension, once they meet the requirements. Old age retirement is a right that all members have.  How to calculate the IESS retirement pension? The basis for calculating the pension is the average of the 5 years with the best wages/salaries with which contributions were made. On this basis, the average for each year of contributions must be calculated using the following formula. Annual average is equal to the sum of annual remunerations divided by twelve. This formula will be applied to obtain the average of each year of contributions. These must have 12 months of consecutive contributions. Once these calculations have been made, the 5 years with the best salaries or wages for contributions to the IESS must be chosen. Once the 5 years with the highest average have been defined, the 60 monthly salaries of each year will be multiplied...

1st Bac - Tax Culture

Image
Tax Culture   Evolution of gross tax collection (period 2000 to 2019). The expansionist zeal was financed through arbitrarily applied taxes collected through force and violence. This exercise was evident during the different types of colonialism, in which the imposition of tribute was a means of oppression. The socially and politically dominant classes were freed from contributing to the public administration, enjoyed privileges and advantages, to the detriment of the underprivileged classes. It took humanity a long time to understand the true meaning of taxation as a means for the citizen to contribute to the maintenance of the State. This new conception of taxation came hand in hand with the republic, democracy, and the then called "Rights of Man". The French Revolution was the milestone that marked this new conception of taxation. Montesquieu, the French liberal thinker, stated that "The revenues of the State are that part of its property which each citizen gives to ...
